पत्रकार सुरक्षा कानून, मीडिया काउंसिल व मीडिया कमीशन पर एनयूजे आंदोलन चलाएगा- रास बिहारी

नई दिल्ली, 11 जनवरी। एनयूजे पत्रकार सुरक्षा कानून, मीडिया काउंसिल व मीडिया कमीशन आदि पत्रकारों से संबंधित विषयों पर पूरे देशभर में आंदोलन चलाएगा। एनयूजे के 51वें स्थापना दिवस पर इसी महीने मुख्यालय में आयोजित होने वाले एक बड़े सम्मेलन में इन विषयों पर आंदोलन की रुपरेखा बनाने के साथ विभिन्न राज्यों में पत्रकारों की पेंशन और बीमे को लेकर राज्य सरकार से मांग के साथ ही पत्रकारों के उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ बड़े पैमाने पर अभियान चलाया जाएगा।
बुधवार को जंतर मंतर पर एनयूजे-डीजेए मुख्यालय में पत्रकार सुरक्षा कानून, मीडिया काउंसिल व मीडिया कमीशन के गठन को लेकर चलाए जा रहे अभियान की तैयारी और नेशनल यूनियल आफ जर्नलिस्टस इंडिया (एनयूजे) और दिल्ली पत्रकार संघ (डीजेए) चुनाव पर भी विचार विमर्श किया गया। पत्रकारों की विभिन्न समस्याओं के बाबत आयोजित इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए एनयूजे अध्यक्ष रास बिहारी ने कहा कि देशभर में पत्रकारों की पहचान को लेकर संकट खड़ा होता जा रहा है। जगह जगह फर्जी पत्रकारों की बढती संख्या के कारण हिंसक घटनाएं भी सामने आ रही है। इसलिए पत्रकारों की परिभाषा तय करना आवश्यक हो गया है।
एनयूजे के वरिष्ठ नेता मनोज मिश्र ने बतौर मुख्य वक्ता कहा कि आज पत्रकारिता में कई प्रकार के संकट खड़े हैं। राज्यों में अलग अलग समस्याएं है और राजधानी दिल्ली में अलग प्रकार की। ऐसे में पत्रकार संगठन की भूमिका बढ़ गई है। एनयूजे और डीजेए इस भूमिका को राज्य सरकारों और केंद्र सरकार के स्तर पर उठाए और सरकार को इस दिशा में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के लिए बाध्य करे। मिश्र ने कहा कि पत्रकारों को कई राज्यों में पेंशन और बीमे की सुविधा मिल रही है। कई राज्यों में इन सुविधाओं के लिए सरकार से बातचीत करने के लिए संगठन को आगे आना होगा।
कार्यक्रम में एनयूजे-डीजेए के वरिष्ठ नेताओं में मनोज वर्मा, राकेश थपिलयाल, अमलेश राजू, राजेंद्र स्वामी, प्रतिभा शुक्ला, संतोष सूर्यवंशी, फाजिया अफजल, प्रियरंजन, जगदंबा सिंह, नासिर खान, जमुना राम कुंदन, विजय कुमार ठाकुर सहित अनेक लोगों ने अपने अपने विचार रखे।
कार्यक्रम में एनयूजे के मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी अशोक किंकर ने चुनाव से संबंधित दिशा निर्देश के बारे में जानकारी दी। बुधवार की बैठक में स्थापना दिवस समारोह को संपन्न कराने को लेकर विभिन्न कमेटियों का गठन किया गया और कई सब-कमेटी बनाकर उन्हें इसकी जिम्मेवारी सौंपी गई।

While presiding over the meeting organized regarding various problems of journalists, NUJ President Ras Bihari said that a crisis is arising regarding the identity of journalists across the country. Due to the increasing number of fake journalists, violent incidents are also coming to the fore. Therefore, it has become necessary to decide the definition of journalists.
Senior NUJ leader Manoj Mishra, in his keynote address, said that there are many types of crises in journalism today. There are different problems in the states and different types in the capital Delhi. In such a situation, the role of journalist organizations has increased. NUJ and DJA should take up this role at the level of state governments and central government and force the government to take necessary action in this direction. Mishra said that journalists are getting pension and insurance facilities in many states. In many states the organization will have to come forward to negotiate with the government for these facilities.
In the program, many senior leaders of NUJ-DJA including Manoj Verma, Rakesh Thapilyal, Amlesh Raju, Rajendra Swamy, Pratibha Shukla, Santosh Suryavanshi, Fazia Afzal, Priyaranjan, Jagdamba Singh, Nasir Khan, Jamuna Ram Kundan, Vijay Kumar Thakur presented their support. In Wednesday’s meeting, various committees were formed to conduct the Foundation Day celebrations and several sub-committees were formed and entrusted with the responsibility.
